The name game

Anyone familiar with the name change process? If not we'll fill you in.

First, you pay a bunch of money to the court to process your application in triplicate.
Next, you pay a bunch of money to the newspapers to run a notice of your legal name change.
Then, 60 days from your original filing date you see the judge about a rubberstamp on the whole deal.

Our court date will be June second and we will officially be Elavers. That is unless the judge actually reads the newspaper posting and notices that

BOTH OF OUR NAMES WERE SPELLED WRONG!!!
The newspaper clipping posts: Andrea Rose Lorerblatt and: Richard Nelipovichto.
They just forgot the space after his name, but I think the effect is the same.
The whole point of the newspaper thing is that if somebody was looking for you they would be able to find you before your name changed, but lucky for us we remain incognito.
